1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ElCaesar’s website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the website.

2. Services Provided

ElCaesar provides car rental and corporate transport services in Egypt, including:
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual rental contracts
• Business limousine and executive services
• Employee group transport services
• Reception of delegations and international travelers

3. Booking Conditions

• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the ElCaesar team
• A valid ID and valid driving license must be presented at vehicle collection
• Corporate bookings require a formal signed contract between both parties
• The company reserves the right to decline any booking without providing reasons

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Bookings may be cancelled without charge at least 48 hours before the collection time
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur cancellation fees
• Annual contracts are subject to the cancellation terms specified in the signed agreement

5. Renter's Responsibilities

• The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition it was received
• The renter bears the cost of any damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• The vehicle must not be used outside the agreed scope of use
• Subletting the vehicle to a third party is strictly prohibited

6. Insurance

All ElCaesar fleet vehicles are covered by valid insurance policies. Specific terms and exclusions may apply per contract.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.

8. Amendments

ElCaesar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes by email or via a notice on the website.
